Karen Wyss
Dr. Karen Wyss graduated in 1985 from the “school voor Fysiotherapy” in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Karen had her first job in Switzerland where she was introduced to manual therapy. In 1988 Karen came to the United States and she has been working in outpatient physical therapy with a focus on Manual Therapy. Karen completed two years of MT training via the Ola Grimsby institute followed by Manual Physical Therapy training at the University of St. Augustine (USA). Karen obtained her DPT in 2007 and completed in 2008 her Cranio-Facial Certification through USA. In 2020 Karen has completed her Manual Therapy fellowship training and has become a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Karen has been a lecturer for years and she has covered a variety of topics such as Cervical and Upper Extremity relationship, relaxation courses, and several Manual Therapy focused courses.
Tim Fronek
Dr. Fronek completed his Bachelor’s degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette in biology. He then completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at IUPUI in 2019. Tim has a great passion for manual work in the outpatient setting and has a particular interest in the amputee and balance populations. He can get very creative with his interventions and loves to challenge and encourage his patients to do the best they can. In his down time, Tim enjoys yoga, exercise, gardening, painting, playing piano, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
Physical Therapists – Florida
Rob Sillevis
Rob received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Hogeschool Heerlen in the Netherlands. In 1998, he founded Integrated Therapy Practice.
In 2003, He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine. He also completed his manual therapy (MTC), primary care (PCC), and the cranio-fascial, neck, and head pain (CFC). In 2008, He received his PhD from NOVA South Eastern University. Rob completed the Manual Therapy Fellowship program at Regis University and the orthopedic (OCS) certification in 2008.
Rob has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1995, the North American Spine Society since 2002, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists since 2006. Rob is an assistant professor at Florida Gulf Coast university and remains active in clinical practice. Additionally, he is an adjunct faculty at the University of St. Augustine. Rob’s research interest relates to manual therapy, pain, and brain modulation.
Jessica Carter Peer
Jessica is a double graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s in Human Performance and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She played softball at FGCU and her physical therapy career is focused on prevention and wellness. Jessica served as an elected official to the Lee Health Board of Directors in 2012 and was re-elected to a second term in 2016 to continue the mission of population health for the Southwest Florida community.
From creating a new service model for physical therapists to increase visibility in an ever-changing market or helping clients move, she continually seeks opportunities to connect, inspire, and serve others.
Jessica currently serves on the FGCU Alumni Association board as the outreach committee chair and serves as FPTA’s Southwest District Treasurer.
She lives in Fort Myers and enjoys spending her free time cruising and traveling with her family.
Physical Therapist Assistants – Indiana
Matt Hard, PTA
Matthew received his B.S. in Kinesiology in 1999 from the University of Illinois, where he also attended graduate school and taught undergraduate classes in Biomechanics and Human Motor Control. He received his P.T.A. degree from Ivy Tech College in 2004. For the past 16 years he has been practicing in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on manual therapy. When not working, Matt enjoys doing anything outdoors, including camping, hiking, and bike riding
Eryn Jenkins, PTA
She is a cum laude graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, where she received an Associates in Science as a physical therapist assistant. She is trained in several different settings including assisted living, outpatient, and sub-acute. Prior to this, she worked as a rehabilitation aide for 3 years for an outpatient clinic. In her spare time she enjoy lifting, reading, and being outside.

Billie Riese – Valparaiso
Billie has been the administrative assistant at the Valparaiso, Indiana location since Oct. 2009. Her interests are movies, traveling, exercising/nutrition and spending time with family.
Melissa Robles – Merrillville
Melissa has been working for Integrated Therapy Practice since April of 2019. She currently works in the Indiana office as an administrative assistant. She has three lovely children who keep her very busy. In her free time, she loves to watch baseball (Go Cubs!!), travel for basketball games, and of course spend a lot of time with her kids.
Brianna Carter –
Merrillville
Brianna has been the administrative assistant at the Merrillville location since May 2023. Her interests include researching pediatric autism, sewing, and running a Rainbow Bridge support group. Any other spare time is filled up by her 2 kids, 2 cats, and one axolotl.

Meka Sillevis –
Cape Coral
Meka graduated with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Meka plans to go back to school and get her Master’s in clinical mental health counseling. She has been with Integrated Therapy Practice since 2016. In her free time, she loves to volunteer at ACT, spend time with her dog, and just relax before going back to school!
